Cariad Louis (she/her) has over 15 years of experience working in the nonprofit/corporate social responsibility space. She has a master’s in public administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. Being fluent in French, Cariad started on her nonprofit path as a Peace Corps volunteer in Niger, West Africa. She then began to work in international public heath with the nonprofit Managment Sciences for Health throughout Francophone Africa and Haiti.

In 2016, Cariad moved into a role in Purpose & Inclusion at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). She runs the Access Your Potential program which is focused on providing meaningful career opportunities to Black and Latino/Hispanic college students.

Cariad grew up on a sailboat in the Caribbean and spent her childhood swiming, sailing, and pretending to be a mermaid. She now lives outside of Seattle, Washington and is passionate about preserving the waters that were once her playground for her two young children.
