Join our mission to mobilize a global network of people working to safeguard marine life and allow ocean ecosystems to thrive.
In our thirty years of working to protect the ocean we’ve learned a hard truth: protection on paper doesn’t guarantee protection in practice.
The real work of ocean conservation begins after a place is designated—it is in the day-to-day efforts to manage, enforce, and sustain enduring protections.
Empowering Local Heroes
In places like Inhambane Bay, our Blue Spark partner Ocean Revolution Mozambique is working alongside the community on the water to monitor activities, restore seagrass and mangrove forests, and ensure marine life actually has a safe place to thrive alongside sustainable economy and food security.
The Blue Parks Conservation Fund exists to support critical work around the world—directing resources straight to the people and places turning protection into lasting impact.
